About this page

A sub-processor is a third party that LocalOps engages to process customer data on our behalf while delivering the Platform. This page lists our current sub-processors, what each one is used for, and what data it can access. This page complements our Privacy Policy and Data security documentation. It covers the LocalOps SaaS offering. If you run LocalOps in your own cloud account (BYOC or self-hosted), your application data stays in your cloud account and is not processed by the sub-processors below, apart from those needed to operate the LocalOps control plane itself.

Platform sub-processors

These services are part of how the LocalOps platform runs. The LocalOps platform does not use any sub-processor other than those listed above.

Internal business tools

LocalOps uses a number of other tools internally to run product development and customer engagement. These tools have no access to customer data and are therefore not sub-processors.

Changes to this list

We update this page whenever we add or remove a sub-processor. To be notified of changes in advance, write to privacy@localops.co and we will add you to our notification list.
